DAY 01 : ARRIVAL HO CHIN MINH 

Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, our representative will meet and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

 

DAY 02 : HO CHI MINH - CU CHI TUNNELS (B, L)

Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeingthe beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars. Have lunch at local restaurant. Depart for Cu Chi tunnel, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served. Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun (own expense) Return and overnight in Sai Gon.

DAY 03 : HO CHI MINH - VINH LONG - CAN THO  (B, L)

After breakfast we’ll Pick up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city and start the trip to My Tho. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to the late 19th century. Then boarding the sampan and cruising around four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands. Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking in the village paths to contemplate orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, and Vietnamese folk music performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation. Be rowed in a small sampan through the Thoi Son canal and treat yourself to the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business & bee-keeping farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop. Have lunch at the local restaurant. Break time. The afternoon is time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meeting the local people to experience their daily life in the Mekong delta. Relaxing on hammocks to enjoy the cool breeze is for those do not want to join the cycling trip. Proceed to Can Tho. Your leisure. Overnight in Can Tho

DAY 04: CAN THO - CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET -HO CHI MINH (B, L)

Breakfast at the hotel/homestay in early morning. Take a leisure boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River (Bassac River) then visit to Cai Rang floating market which is the liveliest one in the whole of region. Walking trip to visit the fruit plantation and local noodle factory. Visit Binh Thuy communal house and Munir Ansay Pagoda - a Khmer pagoda, renowned for its unique structure. Have lunch and return to Ho Chi Minh City where you will stay the night.

DAY 05 : HO CHI MINH - DANANG  (B)

Free until transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for flight to Danang. Upon arrival in Danang, our tourguide will pick you up at airport and transfer you to your hotel. You will have rest of day to discover Danang before overnight in this beautiful city.

DAY 06 : BA NA HILLS - HOI AN (B,L)

At 8:00 am: Our car and Guide will pick up at your hotel in Hoi An and transfer to Ba Na hills. You will explore Ba Na hills with many attractions: Linh Ung pagoda Flower garden with highlight ” Golden Bridge” Fantasy park Frech village Le Jardin Wines tunnel Linh Chua Linh Tu temple After finishing visiting Ba Na hills and enjoying lunch there, we will depart to visit : Marble Mountain: Thuy Mountain where unique pagodas system in the caves. On the top of the mountain, you can see a panoramic view of Da Nang city. Besides, in Non Nuoc stone carving village – a village near Marble Mountain, you can see a marble statue made by the hands of the artists. After visiting Marble Mountain, we will go back Hoi an. Drop you off at your hotel in Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An.

DAY 07 : HOI AN COOKING CLASS - RURAL LIFE IN VIETNAM (B,L)

Today will be spent out in the countryside learning all about the rural way of life in Vietnam. We'll reach Tra Que village by bicycle, a leisurely ride on flat roads that take us through ride paddies and farm land. 8:00 Local guide meets you at hotel lobby. Go to a bicycle shop to choose a bicycle. Then ride to a local farm in Tra Que Village. You will take a trip around the vegetable garden and join with the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing with seaweed from the local lake. Continue doing some next steps such as: raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, picking greens and many more gardening activities. Spend the rest of the morning working the land in honored way, before having a break to prepare lunch with your host family. Your lunch consists of many local delicacies including ”tam huu” spring roll, 'banh xeo' or local pancake of people in middle region. After lunch, take a traditional Vietnamese post-prandial nap before learning how to harvest and wrap the vegetables in the afternoon. 13:00 Farewell to your host family, ride back to Hoi An. Visit Japanese tomb on the way back. Backt to hotel at 14:00. The rest of day is for you to relax.

DAY 08 : HOI AN - DANANG - HANOI (B)

There are no activities planned for today, so you are free time until being transferred to the airport for flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival in Ha Noi, our tour guide will pick you up and transfer to your hotel. Free at your leisure. Overnight in Ha Noi.

DAY 09 : HANOI - HALONG BAY CRUISE (B,L,D)

After breakfast, we are ready to be picked up for a 3.5h drive by bus to Halong Bay at 8.00 am. 12h15 – 12h30: Arriving Hon Gai Harbor, Ha Long City. Transfer to cruise by tender. 12h45: Enjoy welcome drink then check in your cabin. 13h30: Cruising through Bai Tu Long Bay & having Buffet lunch. 15h30: Exploring Vung Vieng Fishing Village: Guest choose to discover the daily life of the fisher communities by bamboo boat (one hour) or kayaking around Vung Vieng area (one hour). 16h30: Swimming & Sunbathing at Ban Chan Beach. 17h30: Relax and enjoy the sunset party with Happy Hour (from 5h30pm- 7h30pm) while the boat is cruising to Cong Dong-Cong Do area to anchor for overnight. 18h00: Taking part in the cooking class: Learning how to cook traditional Vietnamese Cuisines. 19h30: Enjoy the dinner time at the restaurant. 21h00: Free evening to join some activities of board games or squid fishing, karaoke (on request) Taste the variety of drink at our luxury sundeck bar (chargeable) with wines, cocktails, brandy, juices. Overnight at Cabin on Cruise.

DAY 10 : HALONG - HANOI (B,L)

06h30: Wake up early in the morning for Tai Chi exercise. 07h00: Having buffet breakfast. 07h45: Visit Thien Canh Son Cave. 09h30: Checking-out and relaxing on sundeck or watching fruits carving demonstration. 10h30: Enjoy the last scenery of the Ha Long Bay over lunch (A la carte) when the boat cruises back to shore. The boat arrives at the harbor by 11.30am and get on bus to come back Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 11 : HANOI - TRANG AN - BAI DINH PAGODA (B,L)

At around 8:00 AM, our guide will come and pick you up to Ninh Binh (100km – 2.5 hours), transfer directly to the boat pier upon arrival and get into a rowing boat to explore the picturesque waterways in Trang An ecological site. Forested limestone mounts contrasting in emerald water, caves, lowland and rivers create a mysterious fairytale-like scene. We then visit a network of 11 caves with beautiful stalactites of all shapes and colors. Finish the boat trip, we will have lunch at a local restaurant then we start to move to Bai Dinh Pagoda – the pagoda with many records in Vietnam. This pagoda has the biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam (10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight) and also contains 500 La Han statue. Get back in your vehicle and drive back to Hanoi in the afternoon.

DAY 12 : HANOI DEPARTURE (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, you will have some free time on your own before time to transfer to the airport for your home bound flight.
