DAY 01 : WELCOME TO LAS VEGAS - VEGAS STRIP TOUR  (D)

Welcome to LAS VEGAS!! It is pure exuberance city and is renowned for its countless casinos, its reputation as a party town, its bright and COLORFUL NEON LIGHTS, its fantastic hotels, its theaters, and its plethora of shopping opportunities. Our representative will be at the Las Vegas airport for pick up. Check into HOTEL PARIS. Experience everything you love about Paris, right in the heart of the Strip. At Paris Las Vegas Hotel & CASINO, you are transported to the CITY OF LIGHTS with the same passion, excitement, and ambiance of Europe's most romantic city. This hotel is a Hollywood-style blend of some of the great Paris monuments and attractions such as the Eiffel Tower. Meet your tour manager at 6 pm in the hotel lobby to start the tour. Dinner will be at Indian restaurant. After your dinner, Explore the bright lights of the famous LAS VEGAS STRIP TOUR "THE STRIP” in the coach. where you will have an unobstructed view of the Vegas glitz and glamour. Next proceed to must-see Vegas landmarks FREMONT STREET EXPERIENCE - VIVA VISION LIGHT SHOW a sound and light show presented on an immense canopy screen. This stop will wow you with 12 million LEDs flashing under a four-block-long canopy, complete with zip liners flying overhead.   Overnight stay at hotel.

 

DAY 02 : LAS VEGAS - BIG BUS TOUR OR GRAND CANYON (OPTIONAL TOUR) (B, D)

Today is a free day on own. If you have booked your GRAND CANYON through us, our Tour manager will drop you off at the pickup location for your tour and Breakfast will be packed for those passengers taking the Grand Canyon coach tours For passengers, choosing to not take the Grand Canyon, we would love to compensate cash per person towards breakfast. Meet your Tour manager in the evening for Dinner at Indian restaurant. After dinner enjoy evening with OPTIONAL TOUR FOR VEGAS STRIP HELICOPTER RIDE or free time to explore on own.

Your drive to Grand Canyon West will take you over the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge and into the state of Arizona. Make sure you have your camera ready for pictures of the dam, Lake Mead, and the mighty Colorado River.

There are three sections at Grand Canyon West: Eagle Point, Guano Point, and the Hualapai Ranch. Eagle Point contains the most notable attraction, the Grand Canyon Skywalk, a glass bridge that suspends 4,000 feet above the Grand Canyon floor. There is a walking tour through authentic Native American dwellings, an amphitheater with live Native American performances from multiples tribes continuously throughout the day, and handmade Native American jewelry and crafts.

The Hop-On-Hop-Off shuttle service will take you to the other points. At Guano Point, you can take the “Highpoint Hike,” which offers breathtaking views of the Grand Canyon and Colorado River, or you can eat lunch on the edge of the canyon. This 15 to 20 minute flight provides sights and views of rock formations and the Colorado River only available with this exclusive tour. Flights are narrated and are flown in the most advanced state-of-the-art helicopters built today. Only the Eco-Star and A-Star helicopters are used, ensuring a smooth, stable flight with all forward-facing seats.

You will take a small Pontoon boat ride on the Colorado River for 15 minutes. Experience the tranquility of sailing in smooth water as the Pontoon is navigated by a professional.

OPTION 3 - GRAND CANYON AIR / GROUND TOUR WITH SKYWALK ($ 437 PER PERSON)

OPTION 5 - BRYCE CANYON & ZION NATIONAL PARKS DAY TOUR FROM LAS VEGAS WITH LUNCH ($215 PER PERSON)

You will depart in the morning from Las Vegas, and head North through the Mojave Desert. Approximately 90 minutes later, you will pass Mesquite, Nevada and enter the Virgin River Gorge, a dramatic and beautiful canyon carved by the rushing river waters in Northwestern Arizona.  Crossing into Utah, you will travel through St. George, known as Utah’s Dixie with its mild climate, and continue to Bryce Canyon National Park. Enjoy about 90 minutes inside Bryce for some rim walks, picture taking and enjoying the natural splendor of the area in a wonderland of spires, hoodoos, and beautiful rock formations.

Depart Bryce Canyon National Park and travel about 90 minutes toward Zion National Park. Enjoy a stop at Checkerboard Mesa, a unique geologic formation on the upper mountains of Zion. Travel through the famous tunnel, and down the south walls of the Canyon while enjoying the breathtaking views.

Make a brief stop at Zion National Park’s Visitor Center, surrounded by the mountains. Depart Zion for your return trip back to Las Vegas.

DAY 03 : LOS ANGELES CITY TOUR (B, D)

Today Indian Breakfast is served before departing to Los Angeles. Enjoy some retail therapy at ONTARIO MILLS. With over 28 million people visiting this outlet, it is one of the top tourist destinations in Southern California. Stores include J.Crew Factory, Tommy Hilfiger Company Store, Abercrombie & Fitch Outlet, Nike Factory Store and much more. Proceed to do CITY TOUR OF LOS ANGELES. Enjoy a GUIDED TOUR OF LOS ANGELES by our experienced tour guide. Drive through the busy streets of A venue of Stars, Dolby theater and rodeo drive. Get your picture of the famous Hollywood sign from one of the vantage points. Enjoy wonderful dinner at Indian restaurant. Check into Hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

 

DAY 04 : UNIVERSAL STUDIOS (B, D)

 

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be taken to UNIVERSAL STUDIOS to enjoy the park. This Sprawling Amusement Park with thrilling theme rides, restaurants, shows, shops and one of the oldest real working movie studios in use is a unique & fun filled experience for the whole family. We will leave the park in the afternoon (at approximately 4 pm) to proceed to Visalia California. Dinner at Indian restaurant on the way. Overnight at Hotel in Visalia, California. Overnight stay at hotel.

 

DAY 05 : YOSEMITE - SAN FRANCISCO (B, D)

Today after breakfast, you will drive from VISALIA TO YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK (3 hours’ drive approximately). Yosemite is internationally recognized for its granite cliffs, waterfalls, clear streams, sequoia groves, lakes, mountains, meadows, and glaciers.

Marvel at the breath-taking beauty and learn about the history, wildlife, and 

geology of Yosemite Valley’s most famous sights. From here drive to SAN MATEO (approximately 4 1/2 hours) to check into your hotel. Enjoy dinner at Indian restaurant en-route. Overnight at Hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 06 : SAN FRANCISCO THE FLYER - CITY TOUR - CABLE CAR - BAY CRUISE (B, D)

After breakfast at the hotel, you will have a full day to enjoy in SAN FRANCISCO today. DAY 07 : DEPARTURE (B)

Today after breakfast, check out from the hotel (check out time is 11 am). The hotel offers complimentary shuttle to the airport. Please check with the bell desk regarding shuttle timings. If you have any early flight & no shuttle is operational, please take a cab on own. (Shuttle timings is from 5 AM to 9 PM).

We reserve the right to make minor modifications to the daily itinerary flow based on  weather, traffic, or other conditions for the convenience of the traveling customers. We reserve the right to use Van/Minibus/Coach depending on the number of passengers.

 

In case of coach break down due to mechanical failures, the company will make every effort to fix the  problem but please note that there will be no monetary compensation for the inconvenience caused.

•    Tour manger contact details will be available to you one week prior to the departure date.
•    Valid contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers. 
•    For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers to travel light (recommended luggage: One carry on and One International size suitcase.
•    All the hotels/restaurants/attractions confirmed for this tour comply to COVID guidelines as mandated by CDC. Passengers will have to follow the rules when in premises of respective places. 
• Check-in time at hotel is 4 pm while the check-out is 11 am. 
• Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at respective hotel and pay on own. 
• Our Tour manager will meet the group in the hotel lobby at 6 pm.
• We have couple of locations where restaurants are walking distance from the hotel. 
• Our Suppliers / partners are not equipped to provide any assistant for any special need and wheelchair passenger on this tour.
• Seating Arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be 15-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater. For van tours below 15 passengers, we will have Driver will act as a Tour leader.
• We are not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers to take care of their personal belongings. 
• Hotel in Vegas will ask for Credit card at the time of check in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks for the charge to disappear on the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out. 
• In Vegas the Check in is required to be done by passengers themselves. Please expect the long wait during check in at hotel front desk. There is no water or kettle is provided in Vegas hotel. 
• A surcharge of $25 per person will be added for bookings that come in within 10 days of travel. $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transactions. 
• Our suppliers / priciple is not liable for any damages caused by customers to hotel, coaches or anywhere while on tour. 
• We strongly encourage all the passengers to buy optional tours though us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on own. If optional tour is not purchased through us. We will not provide any assistance towards that service. 
• We recommend that the passengers keep political and religious discussions to none during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone.
• In case group size is 15 or less, all breakfast and dinner will be on set menu (no buffet) will be brought to the table. We request the passengers to follow the guidelines of the restaurant. 
• The Weather can vary depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather appropriate clothing. Walking shoes are recommended. 
• Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions for safety reasons. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown beyond our control, we will try best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided. In case of natural calamities and wildfire the route (mainly in Yosemite) itinerary will change without prior notification.
• We do not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need. 
• Children under 2 years travel free. Child price is applicable for children between the ages of 3 years to 9 years. 9 years and older are adults. 
• Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers - Max occupancy is 4 per room, we will book a room with two double beds. For parents traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with 2 beds. Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the hotel.
• In no event we or our suppliers are liable to you for any Indirect, Special, Incidental, or Consequential damages.


 

COVID GUIDELINES: 

 

  • All passengers are required to wear face coverings or masks while on Tour and in Public spaces and also observe social distancing at all times.

  • Passengers body temperature may be checked by our Tour Managers during a Tour at regular interval.

  • Hotels, Restaurants, Attractions have their own COVID-19 guidelines, and passengers are expected to adhere to their rules and guidelines.

  • It is strongly recommended that Passengers wear gloves while on Tour in Public spaces.

  • We will be providing all passengers with hand Sanitizers (one to last entire tour) and disposable masks (one per day). This will be at an additional cost of $5 per coast to be paid at the time of booking.

  • Travelers to maintain social distancing in the coach will be operating with group size of 30 or less.

  • Passengers exhibiting symptoms typical to COVID will need to inform the tour manager immediately and contact their health insurance company for assistance.

  • Travel arrangements may be interrupted or canceled by Government decisions or Police authority, and/or third-party suppliers outside of our control. In such a situation We cannot be held responsible for any monetary loss or inconvenience to the Passenger.

  • While it is our intention to operate the tour smoothly, there will be times when we will have to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. We request passengers to have patience during this time.

  • We will not issue for any refunds related to travel arrangements once the cancellation is done within 14 days of tour start date. Additional refund restrictions may apply in individual cases.

  • Wewill not be responsible for any liabilities or damages to person and/or property, monetary losses, delays, illness, or inconvenience that may be caused because of circumstances related to Covid-19.

  • We strongly advise Passengers to check the latest travel health information at travel.state.gov and CDC’s information at www.cdc.gov/travel before your travel date.

- We must need the flight details minimum of 10 days prior along with valid US cell phone number 

- Pre & post tour accommodation can be provided at extra cost

- Travelers are allowed one piece of luggage per person (big suitcase) and one carry on.

- Dinners will be at Indian restaurants where the passengers can choose VEG/JAIN/Non VEG option. Dinners are laid out buffet style, except JAIN meals, which will be brought to the table.

- Please note that we will make every effort for early check in for passengers coming in early but this is not guaranteed & is at the hotel’s discretion & availability. 

- Child (2-9 yrs) shares Double Occupancy (3rd in Double room) or Triple Occupancy (4th in Triple room). No separate bed or cot will be provided to the child

- Please note that guests may have to give their Credit card/cash at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guests use some of the services other than not included in the package

- Check in time at al hotels is 3 pm while the check out is 11 am. If the guests want to extend their stay, they can contact the front desk and request them.

- For bookings that come under 21 days of the tour, the hotel list given above is not guaranteed & subject to change based on availability

- Any special disability requirements should be made aware at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but cannot be held responsible in the event we are unable to do so.

- Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour will need to have someone travel with them to provide assistance. Tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers

- All bookings that are received within 14 days of the tour are subject to $25 per person surcharge due to booking logistics.

- Hotel breakfast is included in the cost of the hotel room. Packed breakfast option is not available except on the day of Grand Canyon tour.

- Breakfast at the hotel will be American breakfast.

- We strongly encourage all the passengers to buy optional tours though us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this has to be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.

-  We have couple of locations where restaurants are walking distance from the hotel. For passengers, not keen on walking, can take an Uber or a cab to the destination on own.

- The passengers are liable to pay for any damages caused while on tour either at the hotel they are staying in: coach or at restaurants and attractions. We will collect the valued amount before the end of the tour.

- We recommend that the passengers keep political and religious discussions to none during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone irrespective of their difference.

- Because of the current scenario, all breakfast and dinner will be Ala Carte and brought to the table. We request the passengers to follow the guidelines of the restaurant.

- The Weather can vary considerable depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather appropriate clothing. Walking shoes are recommended.

- Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided.

- SWV and its travel partners do not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.

- Children under 2 years travel free. Child price is applicable for children between the ages of 3 years to 9 years. 9 years and Older are adults.

- Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room), we will book a room with two double beds. For parents traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Roll away beds are not allowed in a room with 2 beds.

- Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the hotel.
