Day 1: Arrive in Las Vegas (D)

Arrive at Las Vegas Airport, and once you’ve collected your luggage, reach out to your driver using the contact number provided on your voucher. Head to the designated meeting point for your complimentary transfer to your hotel, ideally situated on the Las Vegas Strip. Upon arrival, you can check in after 4:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, feel free to store your luggage at the bell desk and explore the city’s dazzling sights and entertainment options.

At 6:00 p.m., gather in the hotel lobby to meet your tour director and kick off your exciting journey.

In the evening, indulge in a appetizing dinner at a local Indian restaurant, and then enjoy an optional visit to The Sphere, an iconic venue renowned for its spectacular visuals, immersive sound, and unforgettable multi-sensory experiences.

Day 2: Las Vegas (B, D)

Today, Las Vegas is yours to explore at your own pace. Choose your own adventure, whether it's a breathtaking helicopter tour over the Grand Canyon (click here to view optional tour details) or coach tour with west rim skywalk, an adrenaline-pumping ATV ride in the desert, or simply exploring the famous hotels and attractions along the Strip. You can also choose to take a visit to Bryce & Zion National Parks (click here to view optional tour details).

Your day is free until 6 p.m., at which point we will gather for the evening's planned activities. Please ensure you return to the hotel on time, as the tour will proceed as scheduled.

The evening begins with dinner at an Indian restaurant, followed by a dazzling Las Vegas Strip Night Tour. We'll then head to the Fremont Street Experience to witness the spectacular Viva Vision Light Show, a canopy of 12 million LEDs that illuminates the sky. After the show, you’ll have free time to soak in the vibrant atmosphere before we return. Overnight at the hotel.

Note: All daytime activities (Grand Canyon Tour or Bryce & Zion National Park) are optional and not included in the tour package. They must be booked independently.

Day 3: Las Vegas - Los Angeles Tour (B, D)

Today, we journey to the entertainment capital of the world, Los Angeles! After breakfast, our scenic drive south includes a stop at Ontario Mills Mall for some premier retail therapy. Upon arrival in LA, you’ll dive straight into the heart of Hollywood with an expert-guided tour. We'll cruise past legendary landmarks like the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Dolby Theatre and Glamorous Rodeo Drive, and take you to a prime vantage point for that perfect photo of the iconic Hollywood Sign. The day culminates with a delicious Indian dinner before you check into your hotel to relax and recharge.

Day 4: Los Angeles - Universal Studios - Fresno (B, D)

Your day begins with Hollywood magic! After breakfast, you'll dive into the action-packed world of Universal Studios Hollywood. From thrilling rides and spectacular shows to a behind-the-scenes studio tour, it’s a day of unforgettable fun for the entire family.

Depart Los Angeles and enjoy a scenic drive to Fresno, passing through California’s picturesque landscapes. Relish a flavorful Indian dinner before checking into your hotel.

Day 5: Fresno - Yosemite National Park - San Francisco (B, D)

After breakfast, we'll depart for a 4-hour drive to Yosemite National Park. You'll spend the day exploring this world-renowned park, known for its stunning natural beauty, unique geology, and diverse wildlife. In the late afternoon, we will drive approximately 2 hours to Fresno.

Experience the awe-inspiring beauty of Yosemite’s natural wonders, from the majestic granite peaks of El Capitan and Half Dome to its cascading waterfalls, towering sequoias, and tranquil valleys. After immersing yourself in Yosemite’s splendor, continue your adventure to San Francisco, the iconic “City by the Bay.”

A stop for Indian dinner is included before your hotel check-in. The visit to Yosemite is contingent on safe weather and road conditions. Overnight at the hotel

Day 6: San Francisco City Tour with Cruise (B, D)

After breakfast, your San Francisco immersion begins with a spectacular Bay Cruise. Glide across the water, taking in iconic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island, and the stunning city skyline. Back on land at Pier 39, you'll experience The Flyer SF, an exhilarating immersive ride that soars you over the city's landmarks.

Following lunch, an expert-guided tour will lead you through the city's soul. We’ll explore Fisherman’s Wharf, navigate the famous curves of Lombard Street, and feel the energy of Chinatown. For the ultimate photo opportunity, we’ll ascend Twin Peaks for a breathtaking panoramic view. To top it off, you'll enjoy a ride on a historic San Francisco cable car (subject to operation)—a truly unforgettable experience. Day 7: Departure (B)

On your departure day, please check out of the hotel by 11 a.m. We've arranged a transfer to the Las Vegas airport for you, with a pick-up time scheduled to perfectly match your flight details. We hope you had a wonderful journey!

Pricing

• Prices are per person, based on 2 or 3 adults sharing one room.

• Children (2–9 years) get a 30% discount when sharing a room with 2 or 3 adults.

• Infants (under 2 years) can travel for free.

• Max occupancy per room is 4 person(s) excluding infants.

• For solo travelers, a single supplement of INR 70,184 applies.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Booking: - A INR 49,350/- deposit per guest is required to secure your spot on the tour. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before departure.

Cancellation:

- Changes or cancellations can be made for free up to 45 days before the tour.

- Cancellations made between 45 and 30 days before the tour will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour cost.
- Cancellations within 30 days of departure are non-refundable.

Surcharge: Additional charges of INR 5000 per person (for DBL sharing) and INR 9500 (for SGL sharing) may apply for last-minute bookings (15 days prior) or in cases where hotels are fully booked.

Note : Arrive at San Francisco SFO between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.. If you arrive after 4 p.m. (for domestic arrivals) or 3 p.m. (international arrivals), you might miss the itinerary scheduled for Day 1.

Depart from Las Vegas International airport (LAS) anytime after 8 a.m. (hotel checkout time is 11 a.m.
