The services offered were very personalized and I could see and feel the touch in ensuring personalized service. All arrangements such as food, transportation, Drivers, and hotel accommodation were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed.
The only comment I could make on this is that tour planning could have been added on my stay on 17th as I had to spend one and half days out of four days in Hotel with out any tour. Other wise it was very good in all aspects and thank you very much for making our trip a great in our memory.

The hotels were top-rated and all our requests were taken care of with a smile. I wish we had an extra day in Thekkady as well. The food was great - was happy with all the Kerala style cuisine. Rajesh who drove us around was knowledgeable and along with the suggested itinerary it was amazing how much ground we could cover in a short amount of time.

We were provided with good hotels, proposed itinerary and sight seeing arrangements were done with utmost care. Be it consulting on places to cover, flexibility to modify itinerary, tickets (window seat ), visa and Forex. You did it ALL. We enjoyed our tour thoroughly with nothing to bother about after landing in Singapore. We had a good time with the stay - hotel and fulfilling breakfast and the Reception was very supportive. Hotel was 1 km away from Little India for dinner and shopping.
Hotel was near to bus stop for commute or Cheers store to buy water. Excellent tour logistics - package tickets, each day plan by SMS, vehicle, driver, guide - indeed friendly and helpful. All the vehicle were really spacious and comfortable. Tour guide/ driver were always available on phone for any connect. All this due to Shreeworld !!

Our most memorable one! Initially we did face issue with missing luggage .. wait before anyone assumes that it could be coz the travel agent let me tell you it was the airline mess up. We did get our luggage though once we returned. Coming to our Bali trip.. it was the most exciting and dream come true holiday we were waiting for with lots of expectations which turned to be what we wished. Thank you guys for getting everything organised from the beginning to the end of boarding our flight back to Bengaluru (India). My Husband and I stayed in Snow Valley Resort in Shimla for few nights which was arranged by Shreeworld. Srinivas catered all the way to our needs to make this trip memorable for us. He suggested places to stay and we chose Snow valley which did not disappoint us. Our stay was very cosy, warm and the room had a stunning view with great ambience. The hotel staff were very friendly and looked after us very well. the buffet spread had an amazing array of food which tasted delicious. We had hired a taxi via Shreeworld too and the driver was very safe and took us around safely where we enjoyed sight seeing without worrying.
