ITINERARY
DAY 01 : ARRIVAL HANOI
Upon arrival at Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to your hotel for check in and relax.
DAY 02 : HANOI CITY TOUR (B, L)
8:00 AM Our guide will pick up at your hotel. After short drive, start visiting first place named Tran Quoc pagoda, one of the oldest Buddhist pagodas in Hanoi and built in the 6th century, which is a national heritage located on the West Lake. Then, visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum to enjoy the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho’s final resting-place. Just next door is The Presidential Palace and Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts where he lived and worked from 1958 to 1969. Located to one side of the Mausoleum is the unique One Pillar Pagoda. Built in 1049, the structure has become an important symbol of Hanoi. Continue on to visit the colorful features of the 54 ethnic groups of Viet Nam in the Ethnology museum, the biggest museum covering about 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam. Have Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant in Hanoi Old Quarter and relax. Visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university constructed in 1070, its gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a revealing glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Drive to legendary Hoan Kiem Lake, visit Ngoc Son Temple dedicated to Van Xuong saint and former general commander Tran Hung Dao for his struggle against Mongolians. Back the hotel and relax.
DAY 03 : HANOI - HALONG (B, L, D)
After breakfast, we are ready to be picked up for a 3.5h drive by bus to Halong Bay at 8.00 am. 12h15 – 12h30: Arriving Hon Gai Harbor, Ha Long City. Transfer to cruise by tender. 12h45: Enjoy welcome drink then check in your cabin. 13h30: Cruising through Bai Tu Long Bay & having Buffet lunch. 15h30: Exploring Vung Vieng Fishing Village: Guest choose to discover the daily life of the fisher communities by bamboo boat (one hour) or kayaking around Vung Vieng area (one hour). 16h30: Swimming & Sunbathing at Ban Chan Beach. 17h30: Relax and enjoy the sunset party with Happy Hour (from 5h30pm- 7h30pm) while the boat is cruising to Cong Dong-Cong Do area to anchor for overnight. 18h00: Taking part in the cooking class: Learning how to cook traditional Vietnamese Cuisines. 19h30: Enjoy the dinner time at the restaurant. 21h00: Free evening to join some activities of board games or squid fishing, karaoke (on request) Taste the variety of drink at our luxury sundeck bar (chargeable) with wines, cocktails, brandy, juices… Overnight at Cabin on Cruise.
DAY 04: HALONG - HANOI (B, L)
06h30: Wake up early in the morning for Tai Chi exercise. 07h00: Having buffet breakfast. 07h45: Visit Thien Canh Son Cave. 09h30: Checking-out and relaxing on sundeck or watching fruits carving demonstration. 10h30: Enjoy the last scenery of the Ha Long Bay over lunch (A la carte) when the boat cruises back to shore. The boat arrives at the harbor by 11.30am and get on bus to come back Hanoi. Take a flight to Ho Chi Minh City and. Upon arrival, check it and stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh
DAY 05 : HO CHI MINH - CU CHI TUNNELS (B, L)
Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeingthe beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars. Have lunch at local restaurant. Depart for Cu Chi tunnel, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served. Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun (own expense) Return and overnight in Sai Gon.
DAY 06 : HO CHI MINH - MEKONG DELTA (B,L)
Get a chance to taste the real Vietnam and let the splendid views cover your senses. This trip allows you to visit the local factories and see how local products are made. Also, you will meet the friendly local people and have a lot of wonderful experiences on land and at the river while see the floating market and fish farm. Let's discover a hard-working land with traditional people, which will give you more appreciation on life! A smooth one-and-half-hour bus ride through rice field scenery along National Highway 1 brings you to the beautiful rural district of Trung Luong. On arrival at My Tho, after visiting Vinh Trang pagoda, take a motor boat to enter My Tho city through Bao Dinh natural canal. Take a leisurely cruise on the Tien River to view the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands. Enjoy lunch at the local restaurant, then visit the coconut candy mill and take an amazing rowing boat trip along the small canal on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals. Then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music", performed by locals. Meet at the bus and return to Ho Chi Minh City. This trip provides a fascinating insight into daily life in the Mekong Delta and you are guaranteed to take home your own private collection of beautiful memories. Lastly return to Saigon at around 4:30pm.
DAY 07 : HO CHI MINH DEPARTURE (B)
There are no activities planned for today, so you are free time until being transferred to the airport for your onward flight.

Also, you’ll visit Hanoi’s main cultural attractions, including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, his house on stilts, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Fine Arts Museum and the Temple of Literature.

Next, fly to Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon), the country’s commercial center and home to a growing number of upscale restaurants and shops. You will visit Chinatown, the Thien Hau Pagoda, the Reunification Palace, the Opera House and the Hotel de Ville. If you desire, you can also visit the powerful War Remnants Museum. The, explore colorful outdoor markets and Dong Khoi Street, the city’s main shopping boulevard with fashion boutiques, hill tribe crafts, high quality linens and house wares. And be sure to try Saigon’s strong Vietnamese iced coffee and a banh mi (baguette sandwich).

Then you will take a day trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels and watch an unusual religious ceremony at the main temple of Cao Daism, a unique fusion of world religions.

On another day trip, you will tour the narrow canals of the Mekong Delta to experience the traditional side of Vietnamese river life.
