ITINERARY

DAY 01 : ARRIVAL PARIS  (D)

On arrival at Paris CDG Airport, meet your Tour representative at Terminal 2C in the arrivals hall. Please ensure your flight arrives before 14:00 hours. At 14:00 hours proceed to the centre of Paris. On arrival, enjoy a cruise along the River Seine. The cruise is perfectly designed to discover and admire the rich architecture such as the Eiffel Tower, Musée d’Orsay and more. Later check into your hotel.

 

DAY 02 : PARIS CITY TOUR (B, L, D)

Today depart for Paris, to embark on a journey to the Eiffel Tower (level 3*) for stunning views of Paris. We then proceed to visit the renowned Versailles Gardens, a fine example of 17th century French landscaping covering an area of more than 800 hectares. Use this free time to take mesmerising photos, souvenir shopping or simply relax on
the Royal Lawns. Then visit the “Carrousel du Louvre” home to the famous, glass pyramid (entrance to Louvre Museum not included). Visit the courtyard and wonder the Tuileries
gardens famed for their pristine layout and history. Here enjoy free time to explore the area surrounded by shops and restaurants. Later, visit Fragonard’s perfume museum to
purchase some unique French fragrances, soaps, candles and more. During your orientation tour, cover many of the most famous monuments in Paris. Enjoy the famous illuminations of Paris during your night tour. This panoramic tour will cover the spectacular ‘Eiffel Tower’, the most impressive structure at night, the ‘Champs Élysées’, the beautiful ‘Arc de Triomphe’, ‘Place de la Concorde’ and many other historic buildings

DAY 03 : DISNEYLAND - PARIS (B, D)

Today depart for the world famous Disneyland® Resort Paris. Here enjoy a fun and adventurous day out; choose between Disneyland® Park; which explores five themed lands filled with Disney classic stories and fairy tales or Walt Disney Studios Park: the behind-the-scenes destination sensation allowing you to experience movie and cinema sets coming to life.

 

DAY 04 : PARIS - GENEVA (B, D)

Depart early for Switzerland and the international city of Geneva (approx. drive time will be 6 hours). On arrival proceed for a short city tour: covering photo stops at the United Nations Building, The Flower Clock; the symbol of Geneva, and the Jet d’Eau (operation permitting).

 

DAY 05 : GLACIER 3000- BROC  (B, L, CD)

The ride on the aerial ropeway from Col du Pillon to Scex Rouge is a special experience in itself. On top, enjoy the 360-degree panoramic view that includes some of the most
beautiful alpine peaks: the Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau to the Matterhorn, and views onto over 24 peaks that are over 4000 m high. The Peak Walk by Tissot is the highlight of the glacier adventure, it is the world’s first hanging bridge to connect two peaks, a special alpine experience at a height of 3,000 metres. Experience a wild ride on the Alpine Coaster (entrance not included), the world’s highest bobsleigh track. After lunch, we begin our descent and to visit a chocolate factory.

DAY 06 : ZERMATT -  MATTERHORN (B, L, CD)

Proceed to Zermatt, a car free village, nestled in a deep valley, ensconced between steeply scarped mountains. From here begin your journey to reach the peak and
to discover matterhorn Glacier Paradise. The Klein Matterhorn at 3,883 metres is Europe’s highest viewing platform for stunning views. Your journey will take you on
the highest aerial cable car in Europe. Enjoy a 360 degrees panoramic view of the Swiss, French & Italian Alps.

 

DAY 07 : INTERLAKEN - (OPTIONAL MT. JUNGFRAU) (B, D)

Depart for Interlaken to enjoy the day for shopping and breathtaking scenery. Alternatively, take an optional excursion to Jungfrau; on arrival board a cogwheel train to the top of Mt. Jungfrau at 3,454 metres above sea level ensuring visitors snow and ice all year round. At the top, have free time to explore the Ice Palace to view life-sized ice sculptures, visit the Sphinx observation tower for spectacular views of the Aletsch glacier and surrounding peaks.

 

DAY 8 : MT TITLIS - LUCERNE (B, L, D)

Ascend 10,000 ft to the summit of Mt. Titlis. Take the world’s first revolving cable car, the Titlis Rotair. Enjoy breath taking panoramic views of the surrounding Swiss landscapes.
At Mt. Titlis have free time to play in the snow and visit the ice caves or take a unique professional photo in traditional Swiss outfits. Depart for Lucerne to view the Lion Monument
and one of the oldest wooden bridges in the world, the Chapel Bridge, enjoy free time to explore the city.

 

DAY 9 : ZURICH FLY OUT (B, L)

Check out and proceed to witness the largest plain waterfalls in Europe, the Rhine Falls. Later, proceed to the financial capital of Switzerland, Zurich; here enjoy free time to explore this amazing city and view the Grossmunster Church, Limmat River and Zurichsee. Late afternoon, you can complete your tour at either central Zurich or Zurich airport by 16:00 hours for your return flight (ensure your flight is after 18:00 hours). Bid farewell to the group before arriving at your drop off point.

NOTES:

  • If passengers are fully vaccinated they DO NOT need any testing whilst in Europe. You only need to do a lateral flow on day 2 after coming back from your trip.

  • If children under 12 are travelling with fully vaccinated adults, they DO NOT need any testing whilst in Europe. You only need to do a lateral flow on day 2 after coming back from your trip.

  • On occasions, due to large events, traffic, logistics and availability of reservations, it may be necessary to change the above itinerary. However, all aspects of the itinerary will be covered. In the event of the Eiffel Tower restricting access the price difference for the restricted floor will be reimbursed. Eiffel Tower when closed during national holidays or events may be substituted by Montparnasse tower or will be refunded.

  • Breakfast will be provided at the hotels as per itinerary and is usually an extended continental breakfast, so it will include tea, coffee, breads, cereals, fruit, etc. This varies from hotel to hotel.

  • Passengers will have an option to choose from a range of different diets, including vegetarian, Jain or non-vegetarian (where ever possible Halal) meals as per the itinerary. Passengers should advice their choice of preferred diet at the time of booking the tour. The meals are pre-set and a choice of menu is not available. 

  • Please note that we will make every effort for early check in for passengers coming in early but this is not guaranteed & is at the hotel’s discretion & availability.

  • Passengers may have to give their Credit card/cash at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guests use some of the services other than not included in the package.

  • Max occupancy per room is 3 person (includes children above 2 years. excludes infants)

  • Tour ends at the tour drop-off point on the last day of the tour. 

  • In Scotland the currency you will require will be Pounds (sterling). You are adviced to keep some change in coins while on the tour as using toilets in many parts of Scotland is not free.

  • Passenger may want to carry a small travel iron, hair dryer, kettle etc, as many hotel rooms will not have these facilities. Please also ensure you carry all medication you will need on the tour.

  • It is the passengers’ responsibility to make sure of necessary arrangements for any children in their group. Milk and baby food cannot be provided by the hotel or restaurants and passengers are advised to carry ready to drink milk whilst on tour. Dry food is allowed on the so please feel free to bring snacks for children. Please also note that not all hotels provide a kettle so if hot water is required for warming milk etc in the hotel then it is advisable to carry a bottle warmer / kettle as well as a thermos flask.

  • The driver will load and unload one piece of luggage per person from the coach (maximum 20kg). Passengers’ will have to carry their luggage to and from the coach to the hotel room. In addition, passenger can also carry one piece of small hand luggage, which can fit under their seat or in the overhead compartment. 

  • Passenger can bring a light weight manual wheelchair for travel, if required, subject to them being capable of being stowed in the luggage hold of the coach. It is also essential that a family member is also on the tour to push their wheelchair. We will also request hotels for suitably equipped rooms; however, this is only on a request basis and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Only food which is dry and cold can be taken onto the coach. Curries, chips and other hot food are not allowed to be consumed on the coach. In addition, chewing gum and ice cream is also not allowed on the coach. Examples of food people bring to snack on include chips, biscuits, drinks etc.

  • We cannot take requests for any seats on the coach. Passengers with children in their group will not be seated near the front due to EU regulations. Please note that all seats on the coach are the same, and have the same level of comfort, regardless of whether they are in the front or the back of the coach.

  • On itineraries that include travel via flight or rail, it may be the case that passengers are not accompanied by their tour manager/local representative during these journeys. In this case the tour manager will meet passengers on arrival at their destination.

  • On occasions it may be the case that the tour manager may change whilst on tour; this is usually due to operational reasons. 

  • Passengers are strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance. Passengers are advised not to carry unnecessary valuables and to be vigilant at all times as tourist spots such as Glasgow are well known targets for pick pockets. It is advisable to make copies of your visas and passports prior to travel.

  • There is no refund for any missed portion of the tour.

  • If you book a package tour holiday with us and within 7 days of departure there is FCDO advice against travel or a quarantine in the UK or destination countries, then we will give you the following simple options to choose from: a) FULL REFUND b) FREE DATE CHANGE (There will be a small administrative charges which will be forfeited for FULL REFUND

  • Surcharges applicable during peak and festive periods.

  • Due to fluctuations in accommodation prices, supplements may apply to listed prices. 

  • A Forex rate varies from each bank and accordingly calculated on the date of payment.

Optional Excursions

Mt Jungfrau & Trummelbach Falls (165 Euros PER ADULT) (100 Euros PER CHILD 6-15 yrs)- This unique Spectacle in the Lauterbrunnen Valley comprises of various Glacier fed Waterfalls inside a mountain. The impressive falls are floodlit and accessible by a special tunnel. The falls carry up to 20,000 litres of water every second. The Trümmelbach Falls are accessible underground by galleries, tunnels, paths and platforms.

 

Ice Flyer (17 Euros PER ADULT) (10 Euros PER CHILD 6-15 yrs)- The Ice Flyer chairlift sweeps you smoothly and safely over crisp, virgin snowfields and icy depths. Some of the crevasses are up to twenty metres deep. Only on Mt Titlis can you expect such a fantastic glacier experience.

 

Mt Jungfrau (During Trummelbach closure) (150 Euros PER ADULT) (90 Euros PER CHILD 6-15 yrs)- We have a jaw-dropping train journey on a cogwheel that takes us up to the top of Mt. Jungfrau at 3454 meters above sea level. At the top, have free time to explore the Ice Palace to view life-sized ice sculptures carved from the Glacier, visit the Sphinx observation tower for spectacular views of the Aletsch glacier and surrounding peaks

*Trummelbach Waterfalls will not be available from Jan to 14th April, and September 29th to Dec due to annual closures and Mt. Jungfrau solo optional during these periods will apply.
